Valuations

All valuations are subject to physical inspection, accurate weight, purity, condition and the current precious-metal price at the time of valuation. Any estimate based on photographs or information supplied remotely is provisional. A final offer can only be made after items have been physically inspected, tested and weighed.

Quote comparisons

We will review any genuine local quote and try to offer more. We do not guarantee that every quote will be beaten.

Identification and right to sell

You must have the legal right to sell the items you offer. Photographic identification may be required before completing a transaction.

Postal service

The postal gold service is operated by HighStreetGold and is subject to the HighStreetGold postal terms and applicable insurance limits, which are available on the HighStreetGold website.
